Team Methodology
With over 150 projects completed in the last 30 months, TEAM has evolved an implementation methodology for BI solutions using QlikView.
Expanding the on-site implementation methodology, Team has evolved the Remote Business Intelligence Implementation methodology. The various action elements and the flow of the process around them, is unique to the Team experience. The process flow is detailed in the flow diagram here.
Evolution and Background
The approach is fundamentally Agile and is an extension of the CRISP DM (Cross Industry Standard Process for Data Mining) approachwith elements of SDLC included. The implementation of these process elements is done using the Extreme Programmingprinciples, with a clear understanding and conviction that, incremental releases of additional capabilities with continuous improvement is the way to go. Hence the name: Continuously Improving Business Performance Management (CIBPM).
Remote Delivery Practice
The remote delivery practice of Team - The QlikView Delivery Centers - has the various resources and infrastructure required to make high quality deliveries. With over 80 trained resources in the QlikView implementation team, the resources appropriate for a particular project are chosen and included into the virtual delivery team, for every project. The consultants/ analysts / developers are spread across Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore in India.
In addition to our direct presence in the US, we work through our partners in the Europe, Australia and the South East Asian countries. |
