Asset Management Executive

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage & maintain IT asset & accessories allocation to employees.
• Provide accurate reports that demonstrate performance, drive improvement, and prevent issues through various dashboard/MIS reports
• Responsible for the management of IT hardware and accessories within the organization.
• Planning, monitoring, and recording software license and/or hardware assets to ensure compliance.
• Will also develop and implement procedures for tracking company assets to oversee quality control throughout their lifecycles.
• Optimize usage and cost of IT hardware deployments
• Manage complete asset lifecycle including acquisition, deployment, utilization, tracking, security, and final disposition of IT assets
• Identify new requirements & prepare various reports & consumption analysis 
• IT Asset record management.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

A bachelor’s degree equivalent degree will be preferred with relevant experience of 2-5 years. Good knowledge of IT equipment’s & spares Printers, Scanners & peripherals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability and experience in executing strategic asset management processes successfully. Immediate joiner
