 Roles & responsibilities·      Actively prospect and acquire new clients through cold calls, and networking events.·      Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting and promoting IT Staffing Services.·      Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs to tailor IT Staffing Services accordingly.·      Work on tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Hubspot to generate the leads for Staffing business.·      Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
