Job Description

Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows / macOS operating systems.Handle software installations, upgrades, patches, and updates.Manage and troubleshoot Outlook, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network connectivity issues.Provide support for Microsoft Office, O365, and collaboration tools.Perform user account management in Active Directory (password reset, account unlock, permissions).Maintain and update IT asset inventory.Set up and maintain video conferencing systems.Perform system backup and restore when required.
