Job Description

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and email issues.Provide support for Windows OS, Outlook, MS Office, and antivirus tools.Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi connectivity issues.Manage user accounts, password resets, and system access through Active Directory.Install and configure applications and software updates.
