Have worked with large enterprise network infrastructure supporting 24/7 and willing to work in rotational shifts in a network operations role.
4 to 7 years of hands-on experience supporting network technologies, especially Juniper, Cisco (Nexus and Catalyst), Juniper SRX firewalls, and F5 load balancers.
Proficient knowledge in routing protocol (e.g. OSPF, BGP, MPLS), switching, firewall and Load balancer.
Possess analytical skills in resolving network issues with advanced troubleshooting and coordination with onsite support teams and vendors
Experience in using monitoring tools to assist with incident management to identify actionable incidents.
Experience in executing medium/complex network changes, along with change requests from service teams in a large enterprise network as per established change management policy
Strong analytical problem-solving skills, technical knowledge of client/server, and Internet concepts and techniques
Excellent oral and written technical and interpersonal communication skills, Highly motivated, and self-starter
Cisco and Juniper certifications desired.
