Monitor network devices and WAN links using PRTG / SolarWinds / similar toolsConfigure and troubleshoot Cisco Routers & SwitchesManage and monitor Palo Alto / FortiGate firewallsHandle L2-level incident troubleshooting and escalationsCoordinate with ISPs, OEMs, and internal teamsFollow ITIL processes and maintain documentation
