Job Description

Experience: 2-5 years

 

Job role requires configuring and managing servers of different operating systems, such as Windows,
Mac OS or Linux, including installing, fixing issues and upgrading while implementing enhancements to
them to improve performance and reliability.
 
Should be able to support, troubleshoot and work upon the following:
Active Directory Management
Server Health Check-up
CHECK VM HORIZON CONNECTION SERVER STATUS
CHECK ALL RDSH CONNECTIVITY AND STORAGE
CHECK DAILY COMMVAULT BAKCUP REPORT
Monitor Backup Jobs of Application Servers
Exchange Management
O365 Management
Summit Ticket Management
Servers Troubleshooting
Files & Folders access Management
OEM Support
AV, Klassify & Safe Management
Patch Management
Handling Outlook issues
Review daily problem management report
Clean Server Activity as per Requirement
ESM Management
WSUS
